Colocation Overview

We know what you expect when hosting a Mac - reliable hosting service and accessible customer service. We have both. We don't hide behind email or some impersonal ticketing system. When you need to talk to us, just give us a call.

Your server will be:
• Locked and secured.
• Connected to 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, or 1 Gbps line.
• In a climate-controlled facility.
• Monitored by video surveillance.
• Backed up by UPS and generator power

Reliable:

Our network is backed by 100 Gbps or multiple 10 Gbps (OC-192 / STM-64) connections at all core nodes. We provide redundant paths crossing the US and Europe. This includes a full ring in Europe. The datacenter is powered by N+1 redundant Uninterruptible Power Supplies, and diesel generators.

Secure:

Security is very important where your company's data is concerned, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
To access any equipment, your personnel must be on an access list, show photo ID and be photographed before entering the facility. They are escorted to the cabinet. Video surveillance watches everything within the facility.

Priced Right:

Freedom to expand and change plans based on your needs is our philosophy.
You are not locked in to contracts that you can't modify to benefit your growth.
As an example, if you need less space but more bandwidth we will modify your contract to accommodate your new needs.

Email Service Option:

WeHostMacs.com gives you an additional option when colocating your server(s). If you don't want the hassle of running an email server, or you do want the stability of running a separate email server, but not the expense, we offer our enterprise class email servers. This allows you to work on your server and restart it without interrupting your important email communication. With our brandable control panel, you can manage all of your email accounts and maintain your company identity to your customers and/or co-workers.
